Apple plans to open iMessage to customer support

In the way that we can
view on the internet on different online stores or other platforms like
Twitter, where it is becoming more and more common to have a chat to
get information, Apple could soonopen a chat in
its apps for user support
. In any case, this is what reveals
TechCrunch after previewing details of a new service called “Business
Chat" in the Apple website page dedicated to the developer:

According to the information available there, Apple could present
this functionalityJune 9during one of the many
sessions of the WWDC 2017 event taking place in California.

So, in apps like Safari, Spotlight, Siri, or even Apple Pay,
users could converse directly with brands and/or
third-party companies via a sort of Message app and thus exchange to obtain
information and/or assistance.

For example, when searching for a store on Apple Maps, once you arrive on the
merchant page, instead of having classic information displayed
then, a chat window could allow you to request information, for example
example, “what time does the store close today?”.

More information about this will definitely be revealed by the end
of the WWDC, we will then try to clarify its operation and
details.
