The Cupertino company has just revealed its latest quarterly results.

These latterare good everywhereeven for the iPad which
recorded an increase compared to the same quarter last year.
Announcing the results is a particularly important exercise, since they
account to a certain extent for the success or name of certain
products.

Here's an overview of Apple's latest quarterly results and what
what we must remember:

Growing turnover and stable revenues

Apple's turnover reached52.6 billion
dollars
over the third quarter of 2017 and8.7 billion
net income
, these incomes are identical to those of the second
quarter. This turnover is higher than that of last year at the same period,
either$46.9 billionwith net income which
were at the time 9 billion.

During the 3rd quarter of 2017, Apple sold46,7 millions
d’iPhone
, a figure increasing compared to last year
for the same period, during which Apple sold45,5 millions
d’iPhone
, which represents aincrease of 3%of the
sales.

While rumors claim that the iPhone 8 would sell poorly, Tim Cook
claims that the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus arethe most popular devices
sold
since their launch.

iPad and Mac

During the second quarter of 2017, Apple's tablet had recorded
a first increase in sales since 2013, and this trend is confirmed with
the third trimester.

Apple sold10,3 millions d’iPad, or aincrease
of 11%
and 1 million more units compared to the same period of the year
last, which was 9.3 million iPads sold.

This renewed interest in the iPad is attributable to a new entry-level iPad from
range which is more affordable, as well as very good new iPad Pros which have
delighted the tech press and users.

Regarding the Mac, the Cupertino company sold5,4
million Macs
, or a10% increasecompared with
compared to last year at the same time, when Apple sold 4.9 million
of units.

Others

The product category called “Others” at Apple, which includes Apple
Watch, iPod, Apple TV, Beats accessories and AirPods, records a
turnover increasing with3.2 billion in revenue,
compared to 2.4 billion at the same period last year.

Although Apple has yet to reveal sales figures for the Apple Watch,
Tim Cook announces thatsales increased by 50%grace
particularly with the recent release of the Apple Watch Series 3 which integrates for
cellular connection.

Services

Apple's "Services" category which includes Apple Pay, but also the App
Store and iTunes, recorded turnover inincrease of 34
%
with$8.5 billion in revenue, be good
better than the 6.3 billion last year at the same period.

We learn that Apple Music subscriptions haveincreased by 75
%
and that Apple Pay payments are exploding withincrease in
300 %
.

The Services now generate as much revenue as a company in the
Fortune 100 ranking.

But still

Concerning the distribution of revenue between its different products and
services, the iPhone continues to represent the majority of money entry
with55 %, followed by 16% for “Services” and 14% for
Mac. Just behind, 9% for the iPad and 6% for the “Other” category
bring up the rear.

Apple sees revenue growth in virtually every country where
the firm is present, even in China where the Cupertino firm had registered
a continued decline in income.Japanis the only country where
Apple records revenue decline,-11% compared to the year
last
.

Comparatively, the Cupertino company records growth in its
revenue compared to last year at the same period, by 20% in Europe, 14%
in the US, 12% in China, and 5% in the rest of Asia.

These good quarterly results allow Apple's war chest to
grow further to reach$269 billion.

These results will probably be eclipsed by the next ones which
will feature iPhone X sales and is shaping up to be a new quarter
record.
