The apple firm will permanently close the doors of a historic place in less than a month, as it revealed toMacRumors. This is the “Infinite Loop” store, located in Cupertino, California. The latter also served as Apple's headquarters before theconstruction of Apple Park.

The Infinite Loop store has opened its doorsin 1993, but under another name. At the time, it was inaugurated under the name “ The Company Store". The store actually looked more like a Fnac than an Apple Store as we know them today, with an airy, spacious and minimalist layout. We could find all kinds of everyday Apple brand conveniences there, such ast-shirts, mugs, or bottles. We could even find therelivres.

In 2000, The Company Store was completely redesigned to meet the aesthetic requirements of Steve Jobs. The store then closed in 2015, for renovation, then reopened as a more traditional Apple Store. From now on, apple “souvenir” products are available atApple Park Visitor Center.
Closing January 20
The store will close permanently on January 20and employees will be transferred to other stores according to Apple. “All of our valued team members will have the opportunity to continue their roles at Apple. We look forward to welcoming customers to our nearby Apple Park Welcome Center and other locations, on Apple.com and in the Apple Store app.»
Apple also said it will close its Royal Hawaiian store in Honolulu on January 20, along with the Infinite Loop. The latter's offices will also continue to be used by employees of the firm.
It's a page that ends for this iconic Apple location. After 30 years of entertaining Apple fans, he is now retiring.
