The Japanese geniuses of Cave, to whom we owe
among others Espgaluda II, are preparing to release a new title in the
next weeks on the App Store: Bug Princess. You are undoubtedly
familiar with theand
of their titles already available here on the App Store,Bug
Panic? The two are indeed parents!

Bug Panic, released last year, was a spin-off of Bug Princess, a hit in
Arcade and on X-Box 360 released in 2004. The principle in these two games remained
that of a shoot'em up but less traditional since we direct a
character seen from above, “à la Ikari Warriors”, while remaining in control of the scrolling
of the screen, where a real shoot scrolls without stopping.
Little information has filtered except that Bug Princess will finally be
available on iPhone and iPod Touch (and the iPad then?) “during winter 2011”,
that is to say in the next six weeks which still separate us from 2012
(and yes!).
