Until today, apart from the data from the technical sheet published byAppleWhen it was released, not much was known about what the new fourth-generation iPad Pro is capable of. But a benchmark now tells us a little more.
Surprising results
In a comparison carried out by AnTuTu between the 2018 version and thatexit the day before yesterday, we therefore see the following scores:

But we must qualify: in fact, the overall score is higher (by1%approximately) with the new model, and this is the purpose which is the most important for a classic user of this type of device. It is in fact almost impossible to use only the RAM or the OS, and making compromises on one side to obtain better performance on a daily basis seems wise. Surprisingly, apart from the graphics processor, all the parts that have been put to the test appear less powerful on theiPad Pro 2020than on its predecessor. Even thougha new finewas pronounced against Apple for having slowed down its devices with a software update and that the operating system is also called into question by this test bench.
