Looking at the results of the study, we realize that most of the countries studied are aware of ChatGPT.In France, 80% of people know it,but barely18% have already tried it.
The country where the tool is least popular elsewhereis to our great surprise: the Swiss Confederation. Only67 %of Swiss people surveyed are aware of the chatbot, and27% use it.
This figure may seem high, butin India for example, 93% respond that they are aware of ChatGPT, and 45% have already used it. After India, the United Arab Emirates is the place where the chatbot is best known, with 91% favorable responses, of which 34% have already used it.

The French are afraid for their jobs
The next point of the survey aims to determine workers' perceptions of AI. On this side,42% of French people are fearful, compared to only 30% for all the countries participating in the survey. According to the director of the Boston Consulting Group, this could be due to the current economic context:
The French are economically worried, they do not feel like they are in a supportive system and are therefore afraid for jobs
The media have nothing to do with it?
The study also emphasizes that “concern is greater in countries where AI has negative media coverage". It is true that artificial intelligence has received inglorious coverage in France, particularly in its early stages. However, this improved subsequently, giving way tonew possibilities it offers.
