At 6,000 euros, the Mac Pro can also grate cheese

The tech device dismantling specialists at iFixit have already received a copy of the Mac Pro, a new Apple computer available only a few days ago. Before publishing a detailed report of its open-heart operation which will allow us to see everything about its design and components, iFixit gave first impressions in a video broadcast live a few hours ago on YouTube, and now viewable in delayed mode.

We see two iFixit technicians discussing the machine and in particular one trying to grate cheddar cheese on the holes in the box. The surprising operation begins at 13 minutes 44.

Obviously, the Mac Pro doesn't do as well as a real cheese grater. But he's not doing too badly. Still, if it's to make a spaghetti bolognese garnish, it's better to go elsewhere than at Apple.

Aside from this not the most important information, let us still note that the first dismantling by iFixit surprises the technicians with an extremely well thought out design of the beast.

To read their full report on the Mac Pro's disassembly operation, you will have to wait until the beginning of next week.
