  • Tweetbot: the Twitter client is upgraded to version 7.1 on iOS, with notable new features, including new notifications for new followers and quotes from its tweets
  • TikTok: the most popular social network of the moment now allows you to make 10-minute videos. The new product has been deployed to users around the world for several days
  • Carbon Copy Cloner: one of our favorite backup software for Mac has been updated to version 6.1, with various interface improvements and existing tools, as well as support for ExFAT and NTFS volumes
  • Widgetsmith: the popular personalized widget application on iOS has moved to version 3. On the update program, new visual themes and improvements for the weather and photo modules
  • KeePassXC: the free password manager has announced the arrival of version 2.7, which provides support for choosing the backup folder, color coding for its bass words and a tag system, among other things

App discovery

  • Pure Paste: free Mac software allowing you to paste text without firming. Please note, however, that rather than complicating your life with a new app to install, it is entirely possible to do the same with the macOS keyboard shortcut settings,as explained here
  • WallShift: allows you to change the iPhone wallpaper automatically after a time, predefined or randomly
  • Menu Plan: particularly well-designed application allowing you to better manage your weekly meals and the shopping lists that depend on them
  • Countdown App & Widget: a particularly practical widget application when you want to display countdowns and other time counters on your iPhone's home screen

  • Instagram: on Twitter, it was communicated that an iPad app was not currently in the program at Meta. According to Instagram head Adam Mosseri's tweet, too few people would be interested in an Instagram app on iPad
  • Twitter: for several months, the social network has been working on the possibility of creating private circles allowing you to tweet in a less exposed way. The platform is also studying the idea of ​​an in-house podcast platform
  • WhatsApp: in beta version, the application allows users of the app on macOS to react to messages. Also currently being tested with a handful of users is a survey function integrated into discussions
