You will soon be able to play mobile games outside of the App Store. YouTube has just formalized the launch ofPlayables, a service available directly on the application on iOS and Android. It will therefore be possible to play it on iPhone and iPad.
Popular and easy-to-access games
At the time of writing, the platform is not yet available in France, but this should eventually become a reality. On the dedicated site, YouTube is also reassuring and specifies:“Don’t see Playables yet? Don’t worry, we’ll be expanding availability to more users in the coming months, so be sure to check back!”Gamers are also asked to provide feedback to improve the experience.
More than 75 games are available as part of this new free offer including big names such as Angry Birds, Cut the Rope, Showdown, Tomb of the Mask, and Trivia Crack
YouTube will automatically save your progress and you can access your all-time high scores. Playables will be an ideal option when you have some time to kill. We are thinking in particular of all those who have long journeys by public transport.
