There are multiple solutions for
receive television on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad,
we talked about it in these articles, whether via
offers and applications offered by mobile operators or in
using
the free SFR Neuf application for SFR/Neuf subscribers.
But this remains subject to 3G or WiFi reception and often to a
subscription.
For those who want to consume television everywhere and without monthly cost
additional, here is perhaps a solution with an accessory which we had
never spoken, which nevertheless seems to have been released several months ago but for
which we have only just received a press release.
This is theTizi,a mobile TV tuner
TNT also making local wifi hotspotallowing iPhone, iPod
Touch and iPad (including iPad 2) to receive TNT channels.
The receiver of a weight of70 grammesapproximately embarks a
removable Li-Ion battery which according to the manufacturer can distract you for up to 3
hours and a half and recharges via USB cable. In use, a
LED indicates the battery charge level.
Visualization is done using the
dedicated application “Tizi.tv” offered for free here on the AppStore).
It also makes it possible to find information concerning the programs in
broadcast and upcoming courses as well as therecording of broadcasts
for viewing lateror copy them directly
on a PC or Mac via iTunes.
The application is compatible with iOS multitasking features
4: during advertisements, the user can switch to others
applications while keeping the sound in the background, indicating when
the show will resume.
Please note, an application will also soon be available on
Mac computers: the functionalities will be similar: once
connected to the tizi WiFi signal, the box allows you to directly view the
digital television (DTT) on the Mac computer.
