A Coil: A rigid cable as a dock for your iPhone

Here's another good idea that comes to us from a projectKickstarter.

Indeed, a new project in progress and which is already largely financed
offers acable sufficiently rigid to serve at the same time as
dockfor your iPhone, and of which we can appreciate the wink
to the French language since it is called:A
Coil.

Discovery:

The project launched by Jon Fawcett's Chicken company shows itself
particularly original and ingenious since it proposes to make with one stone,
2 shots, with a cable sufficiently rigid to also act as a dock for
your iPhone.

A Reelis therefore amade of metal USB cable
of a meshwhich will allowcharge or sync your
iPhonebut it turns out quiterigid to hold the iPhone since
the dock socket while being flexible enough to adapt it to
will.

The cable is strong enough to hold your iPhone as well asmode
portrait than landscapewith a reduced footprint.

In order to reassure future users that they will remain in position
horizontal, the dock contains a hook with a button on each side in order to
secure grip and removal of iPhone.

As we told you in the preamble, this project is already largely
financed (+ $52,000 for $9,800 threshold) and the first buyers should
see their cable arrive 45 days after the end of the project scheduled for the 15th
June.
