It's been a few weeks now since
our new application “i-nfo.fr V2” is available
here on the App Store.
Completely revised in this version, the application which received the rating of
4.5 stars with more than 2000 votes (thank you very much!) nonetheless
perfectible andyou have
many have shared with us your observations, bugs and expectations
referenced here.
We worked hard with the team ofScrapedto offer youan update
jourwhich is in final testing as I write these lines.
And so as not to hide anything from you, here isthe main new features of the
next version of our i-nfo.fr application:
Besidesdozens of small fixesmaking
the application faster and more stable, this next version will bring
several new features:
- Automatic image refresh: no more waiting
or broken images by the time they load when the item arrives
to arrive, no need to constantly update the article to see the image
appear. Now start playing and the images will be displayed
automatically as they load. This will notably be more
nice on test articles that contain many photos.
- Move from one item to another using gestures: you had
many have asked for this possibility, now a simple shift
side of the finger on the screen will allow you to move to the next article or to the
previous
- All articles in the app: and yes, he
was already possible to access the 20,000 articles on our two sites via
searching or loading old tickets, we continue
integration since now when within an article, we click on a
link leading to: a series of articles or an article, even an old one,
it will no longer be a navigation page with the website which
will be displayed, but an article page of the app or a list also in the design
of the application. In other words, we no longer exited the application
thanks to an integrated browser, we go further,the web browser
integrated is almost no longer used.
- Saving images in the app: lovers of
article wallpaper
SATURDAYknow it well, not being able to save the images directly
in the app is sometimes painful. Now a simple click is enough to open
the image which can then be shared or saved to the camera roll without exiting
of the application.
In addition to all this we have also worked, as promised on the
differentiation between read and unread articles, the ergonomics of comments, the
sharing articles via SMS and imessage and evencompatibility with
Chrome… In short, you understand, it’s an important update
which is about to land on your iPhone.
I'm going back to the tests just to be sure I don't have any regression,
submission expected in a few hours.
