Crayola loves the iPhone: app and customizable iPhone and iPod touch cases

Crayola and the
Griffin company had already joined forces last year to offer
a particularly successful coloring application on iPad, accompanied by
plus is a very precise specific stylus
. This year, the two companies
are doing it again with a range of new accessories and above all an application
allowing you to transform your photos into sketches to be able to color by
above. Illustration in the following:

The application is available on the App Store (universal app, €1.59) and a free lite version (without
stickers, that's all) is alsoavailable here.

“Crayola Lights, Camera, Color! HD” therefore offers to import a photo
from the library of any Apple device to color it.
The application finds the contours of objects, with a precision depending on
the quality of the photo itself, and removes all the colors. From
there you can apply stickers and use different pens to color
the drawing. It's that simple. Only problem: if the applications of
Crayola are generally in French, this one is currently only in
English. We imagine that the VF should not delay in a next update
jour…

Crayola and Griffin also offer the “Crayola Case Creator”, a case where
you can slide an illustration created in the application into the back
corresponding. A printer is therefore mandatory. This ingenious idea will be
on sale in stores this spring at $29.99 in the USA and at an unknown price in
France.

To finish our selection, Crayola and Griffin offer a “Color
Clickers” exclusively for iPod Touch, including 28 colored clips
interchangeable. It's pretty, it's customizable, it's $24.99 in the USA and we
does not yet know the release date there or of course in France.
