According to sources linked to the site 9to5Mac.com,
Siri shouldarriving soon in the brand's computers at the
apple. Indeed, it seems that the virtual assistant is being tested
internally at Apple to be integrated in the future in the next version of the
Mac OS X operating system, i.e. version 10.12 codenamed
Fuji:
It's next June, during the Worldwide Developers Conference that Apple
could lift the veil on OS X 10.12. In this new operating system,
the virtual voice assistant Siri will be integrated into the bar
menusat the top of the screen, between the Spotlight search button
and the notification panel button.
The small microphone symbol, characteristic of Siri especially on iOS,
will therefore be at the top right of the screen. You will have to click on it to
activate the wizard. A window should then appear with the shapes
of colored waves that we also find on Siri on mobile.
The “Hey Siri” function for activating the remote assistantsera
also available in OS X 10.12, like on the latest iPhones and
iPad when plugged into an external power source.
Functional and aesthetic changes may still be applied
between now and the official release of the new Mac OS, but we can say with
almost certainty that Siri, after the Apple TV 4, the Apple Watch, should
assist Mac users very soont.
We can then imagine being able to launch searches or applications
directly by voice on your Mac, or even remotely control an iMac by
TV screen mode without the need for a wireless remote control.
