At the same time asPages 10.0A new edition of iMovie has just been unveiled. Like GarageBand isLogic Pro X, this software is a simplified approach to designingvideosoffered by Final Cut Pro. As usual, its developer has therefore chosen to update it in order to launch some additional options.
Among them, we find the arrival of compatibility with theMagic Keyboardof the iPad Pro 2020. This accessory adds several important tools, including a keyboard (without butterfly mechanism!) and a touchpad. On the program, easier use without having to use touch mode constantly.
Other new features
WithiMovie 2.2.9on iPhone, you will now be able to:
- Easily rotate the video 90° left or right with thekeyboard shortcuts

- switch between the different inspector modes (action, speed adjustments, filters, titles and volume) using keyboard shortcuts if a clip is selected
- add images with extensions.PNG(transparent background), .GIF(animation), .TIF and .BMP to your creations
Apple also specifies that it has made some fixes to improve performance and security, probably following negative feedback highlighting technical problems. This version can already be installed on all devices equipped with iOS 13.4 or later, including iPod Touches. 619.3 MB of free memory space is required to run the program.
