Apple TV+ is not the most popular video streaming platform in the world, yet it offers very interesting content, often praised by critics and the public. As the start of the school year approaches and the metro-work-sleep rhythm gradually takes over, here are some series and films that could well occupy your evenings.
Slow Horses (4/9)
This name probably means something to you and for good reason, it is an adaptation by Apple TV+ of the famous series of spy novels by author Mick Herron. The series, which has already had 3 successful seasons, is returning for a 4th time on our screens. This dramatic production, entrusted to Gary Oldman, is one of the sure values of this fall for Apple TV+.
The House (20/9)
This series is inspired (from afar) by the life of fashion designer Vincent Ledu. Played on screen by Lambert Wilson, he could become the public's favorite for the start of the school year. In a suspense series that has nothing to envy of Succession, we dive into the very strange world of business and haute couture, with a touch of French charm.
Midnight Family (25/9)
One of the other releases to watch for this September is Midnight Family. Behind this very English name hides in reality a Spanish production. This 10-episode drama series follows a family of volunteer emergency workers who save lives in the poor neighborhoods of Mexico City.
In addition to these three productions, highly anticipated by critics, we can notably cite the filmWolfsby Jon Watts who should arriveon Apple's SVOD platformat the end of the month. If the film has so far failed to appeal (67% on Rotten Tomatoes), we can be delighted to find George Clooney and Brad Pitt together on screen. With such a cast, we can only advise you to give this feature film a chance.
