Connection cuts during calls with AirPods: Apple is investigating

Apple wireless headphones or AirPods
have enjoyed unexpected success since their release last month, and in
our test of this new
product
from the Cupertino company, we had not detected any bugs, however
It seems that some users are having problems.

According to Apple support forums and the American site MacRumors,
iPhone 6s users would have problemscuts of
connection with AirPods during phone conversations
, more
not for listening to music.

Apple is reportedly on the case and is currently conducting an investigation to
determine the origin of the problem and ideally propose a solution
software.

It seems that this disconnection of the AirPods with the iPhone does not affect
that iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus users, et
only during calls. Users who switched from iPhone 6s
to the iPhone 7 claim that this connectivity problem has disappeared.

Various solutions such as rebooting/resetting the iPhone, or
connecting/disconnecting AirPods does not appear to correct this issue.

The only temporary solution recommended is touse
one in two AirPods
during a call, because according to feedback from
affected users, this loss of connection only occurs when the
two AirPods are used.

Are you also experiencing problems with loss of connection with
AirPods ?
