Griffin unveils new accessories for charging iPhone, iPod and iPad

Sans
doubt like us, your devices equipped with iOS are multiplying and taking on
growing place in your home. Thus, having several
iPhone, iPod and iPad sometimes becomes a headache when recharging
batteries of different devices.

This is good because
as part of the 2013 edition of CES (Consumer Electronics Show)
accessories manufacturer Griffin Technology has just announced several accessories

including one for simultaneous charging of several devices. On this subject, we
had already seen very recentlythe
"MultiCharger-X" from the manufacturer iLuv intended for the world of education and
the company
.

In the same vein but this time for the individual,Griffin
launches a charging station called PowerDock 5
. The latter
is capable ofcharge up to five devices simultaneously
and has as many separate spaces to accommodate the devices (iPhone,
iPod and iPad)even equipped with shells or casesfor the
reloading. An accessory that can prove useful so as not to lose
time looking for the specific charger for the device, a cable or even a
power outlet available.

, this new Griffin accessory will be available next spring at
price of around 100 dollars. Please note that cables are not included and that
each charging space has a power of 10 watts while the
latest iPad (4th generation) is on 12 watts.

Griffin took the opportunity to announce two other accessories using the
technology called ChargeSensor intended for Apple, Samsung,
Android and Kindle. This Griffin technology is capable of taking into account
takes into account the characteristics of a device as well as its requirements in terms of
reloading in order to optimize it. Pretty smart when you know
that our different devices (smartphone, touch tablet, MP3 player, etc.)
do not all have the same technical characteristics related to reloading
of the battery.

With this in mind, Griffin announces the PowerBlock Universal which is not
else, as its name indicates, a universal USB charger (10 watts) with
plug into an electrical outlet (100-240 volts) to charge devices in
all kinds. And the latest accessory announced by Griffin is named
him PowerJolt Universal. The latter is a 12 Volt cigarette lighter and a
power of 10 watts to recharge a mobile terminal in a vehicle. He
has an LED indicating the charging of the device as well as a system
Built-in SmartFuse that protects against electrical fluctuations.

These PowerBlock and PowerJolt accessories should be available at
next spring at prices of $30 and $25 respectively.
