iCloud threatened in Germany after court ruling in favor of Motorola

We know Apple inlegal battle particularly engaged against
Samsung
, but other fronts are open, notably with
Motorola. The court of justice in Manheim (Germany) has just
return arelatively important decision for users
Germans
of Apple products since it couldprevent them
to use iCloud
, the storage and synchronization service launched
by Apple at the end of last year (seeour different
articles on icloud
).

The iCloud service was found to beinfringing a patent held by
Motorola
. Apple has the ability to docall, but this one
will not be suspensive
which means Motorola can request
execution of the judgment while awaiting the final decision:

In this case, Motorola will have to set aside a "deposit" for the case
or the appeal judgment would be in favor of Apple. The judge set it at 100
million euros (Apple had requested that this sum be 2 billion
but the judge did not follow the request) which does not prejudge the final sum
to be paid by Motorola if their appeal is rejected.

SO,will we see a request for execution by Motorola which
would force Apple to stop iCloud in Germany in the coming days
?
This is plausible, knowing that Motorola is
being taken over by the enemy Google
.

For those who are wondering, the judgment does not concernnot
the whole of Europe but only Germany
.
