We all remember that the start of the year was marked by agrande
migration! This was caused by the arrival ofFree Mobilein the purring landscape of operators
French. There followed aseries of package changes among
main French operators in order to react to prices widely
lowerto what was practiced before.
We have kept you regularly informed of these price changes and you
many of you have “changed creameries” (we saw this in particular inour forum), some went to
Free Mobile, elsewhere atof themor even
B&You… In short, during these last few weeks, this has
seemed to turn in all directions in a movement which probably did not
of similar antecedent in its magnitude. Today comes the time of reckoning
and Orange communicated on the impact of these movements:
As of February 15, 2012, the operator displays anet loss of 201,000
subscribers. But this is due to massive departures and...
arrivals:
- These are like this1.038 million cancellationsto which
Orange was confronted between January 1 and February 15
- simultaneously :837,000 new customershave arrived
at Orange
in the end, the operator indicates that the loss represents approximately 0.7% of its
mobile base which had more than 27 million subscribers in France as of December 31
2011". We can imagine that the different price changes of the packages
Sosh made it possible to limit the damage, while Bouygues also reacted
for its part with its B&You brand.
For those who have not yet "migrated", know that you can
find :
And the offers on the sites of the different operators:
And you, did you change creameries at the start of the year? Of
which operator to which operator? For the better or… not
