Apple has been offering the
new version of its iOS operating system for iPhone, iPad,
iPod touch.
This one, labelediOS 6.1can be installed as an upgrade
day "OTA" ("by air") directly from your machine by going
in the system settings, "General" menu then "Update
software".
It weighs around a hundred MB and is also available via
iTunes.
In terms of new features, we will remember... Quite a few things in
final: improvements to Siri for cinema tickets in the US,
additional operators for 4G (the list andavailable here)and new features for
Apple's music service iTunes Match. Other fixes, particularly at the level
3G/Edge reception could be integrated
This release follows a testing phase with5
versions Betastarted last November. The last one, which looked like
a final, having come outnot
later than yesterday morning.
