While Apple had
won
a victory just yesterday in Francefaced with a request for
Samsungin summary, here is that acourt of justice
German company has just ruled in favor of Motorola against Apple.
Motorola actually filed a complaint last April against Apple for
infringement of a patent on data transmission in the ranges
iPhone and iPad 3G:
Faced with this major decision for Motorola (now owned by the enemy
Google), Apple has two solutions: the first beingthe call and the
request for suspension of the sales banduring the duration of the
procedure, orthe removal of the functionality targeted by the
brevetof its machines.
It remains to be seen whether this is not vital for connected operation
of the incriminated machines.
The complaint targets Apple's entire sales organization in Europe but does not
seems to be able to apply only to Germany, this still remaining to be established more
clearly. We will definitely talk about it again!
