Following theyesterday's reportfrom production lines, according to
which Apple would always be on the way to unveil new features in the
Mac range by the end of the month, the Recode site claims that Apple would have planned
a Mac conference on October 27next.
Since this date is Thursday of next week,
Apple should logically send press invitations very soon,
officially confirming this keynote.
The star of this next keynote should bethe MacBook range
Pro, which according to the latest rumors, should see the arrival of
devices with a slimmer design, aOLED touch screen
above the keyboard to replace the function keys, a sensor
fingerprintTouch ID, a larger trackpad, as well
that onemore efficient graphics chipfor the players.
Adding Touch ID to the MacBook Pro's Power button would allow
users to quickly identify themselves, but also to pay with Apple Pay
to pay for purchases on different websites.
There would also be changes in terms of connectivity, with
the abandonment of USB-A ports in favor of USB-C and the disappearance of MagSafe,
HDMI port, as well as the SD card slot (rumors vary on this
last point).
On the occasion of this keynote dedicated to Macs, the Cupertino firm
could also revealnew MacBook Air with ports
USB-Cpourabandon the 11 inch model, and
iMacs with AMD brand graphics chips.
Finally, there are rumors that Apple is working with LG on a new
5K screen to replace the now defunct Thunderbolt screen, but it is
very possible that he will not be ready for this next keynote.
