iPhone and iPad applications

bringing some new features, notably the possibility, like on FaceTime, of
move your preview or even a user interface

Here is what this version 4.0 of Skype offers:
- the ability to move your video preview
- now the application restarts automatically in case of shutdown
unexpected - better stability and better accessibility
- On iPhone the presentation of contacts is optimized for contacts
- The login screen has been revampedNew login screen
This is not going to change the face of the world, nevertheless it is still
nice to see an improved app.
