Recently, a new update for Apple Final Cut Pro X video editing software was released by its publisher. The software available only on macOS has moved toversion 10.4.9, with some notable contributions.
In the age of social networks
A new feature calledSmart Conformmakes its appearance. This one allows you to obtain the montage most suited to the targeted social platform. In particular, it is capable of intelligently cutting any video to adapt everything to a vertical, square or any other customizable format.

The other central point of this Final Cut Pro X update isimproving workflow. Several new features have been implemented here and there in the interface to facilitate video editing, including one which relates to working via proxy. Proxy video editing actually lets the user work on lower resolution files than the originals, which requires less machine resources. The operations are transmitted on the original files. Thus, during the final export of the montage, the user recovers a result in original resolution.

Well with version 10.4.9 of Final Cut Pro It is also now possible to share proxy files locally or via the cloud, knowing that the software will search for the original file if the proxy file is not available.
This helps reduce the weight of the file library when working on the go, for example.

- Improved editing: new audio fades function and new settings available for quick editing, ISO, color temperature and exposure among others
