against its competitors to have this format accepted. However,
Motorola, RIM or Nokia also have their idea of the nano sim:

valuable space in its iPhones and thus offer a reduced design and
thinner.
Still according to the Financial Times, Apple says it is supported by “the
European operators" and would strongly push for the adoption of its nano sim as
standard.The decision must be made this week
next.
However,the other manufacturers, Nokia in the lead, fear to see
impose this format which requires the use of a drawer similar to that of
our current iPhones and for which Apple holds the patents.
