This should be one of the great cinematic moments of the end of the year. Apple TV+ unveiled a first trailer for its filmNapoleonwhich will be broadcast on the streaming platform after a run in theaters from November 22, 2023.
What will Napoleon talk about?
As we can see in this trailer, it is a 2h37 biopic from Sony Pictures and dedicated to Napoleon Bonaparte. We are therefore promised to follow his meteoric rise in the wake of the French revolution. We will discover his military talents, his relationship with Joséphine de Beauharnais, but the feature film will also show the dark side of this controversial character who marked the history of France and Europe.
This first glimpse bodes well for the best. We are going to relive these historic moments with fine staging and an immersion that clearly seems up to par.
Directed by the legendary Ridley Scott, this film will star Joaquin Phoenix(You,Joker) in the main role. At his side, we will have the pleasure of meeting the Frenchman Tahar Rahim (A prophet,The Snake) et Vanessa Kirby (The Crown,Pieces of a Woman,The Son).

We dusted off the film to help it focus on Bonaparte's identity. I had to respect that, because what was said was incredibly constructive. It made the film bigger and better”.
