To share “live” iPhone 6s photos: an app transforms them into animated GIFs

The function
Live Photois part ofnew features integratedin the

type of photo actually savesa few seconds before and after the

any device running underiOS 9

Capitan. For others,the moving image becomes a simple
inanimate photo.Live GIFtherefore proposes to convert
any photo taken in Live Photo format to aGIF file
or video, ready to be shared, by email, on Twitter or other communication tool
his choice.

The interface is as simple as anything: thumbnails of just the photos
"live" files available on the machine are proposed, the most recent first.
Justselect the one of your choiceand press
above. A looping GIF format file is then generated by
a few seconds. It's ready to share!

The images thus processed weigh a few megas (4 and 5.5 for both
below). Here are two examples made with the app.
