Last week, we told you about a
rumor that Apple is in the process oftest several
versions of the iPhone 7, with the aim of determining the next
features and design of the future iPhone.
Following the statement of technical specifications and possible new features for these
prototypes, it was possible to respond to asurveyin order to
know your favorite functions. You have been ready of 3000 to share your
opinion, here are the results!
Before that, a quick reminder of the different iPhone models
mentioned:
- A fingerprint sensor integrated into the screen, and therefore no more home button, for
optimization of screen surface versus device size. - A screen with multitouch for 3D touch (several presses
different detected at several points simultaneously). - Wireless charging.
- Replacing the Lightning jack with a USB-C port, as used on
recent Macbooks.
Among these different possibilities for change, the one who won
first place isthe addition of wireless charging with 46% of
votes, followed in second place bythe fingerprint sensor
integrated into the screen to enlarge it, with 36% of the votes.
The functionless appreciatedby readers concerns
adding amultitouch screen for 3D Touch.
Even if it is not mentioned in the models under test, we read it in the
comments always full of lessons, iPhon.fr readers would like
also a battery improvement, a shatterproof screen, and a model
100% waterproof.
Ideally, a combination of all these new functions would give without
doubt the “perfect” model. But it remains a dream, Apple is known for
add new items only when they are ready for distribution to
several million copies. Everything cannot be done simultaneously and then
You need some for every year!
As for wireless charging, for those in a hurry, it is already
possible to offer compatibility with “Qi” compatible chargers to its
iPhone.
This goes through apetit
accessory such as the iQi tested here(tested with iPhone 6 under iOS 9, it
works) and
on sale here. Less practical than an integrated solution of course but that
allows you not to change machines!
