One of thefirst rumorsto circulate on the iPhone 7
was the removal of the headphone jack, this was corroborated by numerous
sources. However, there is still an unknown concerning the EarPods which
would be supplied with the iPhone 7, namely wireless headphones or with plug
Lightning. It seems that Apple is exploring another possibility.
Indeed, according to a new report from the Japanese site Macotakara, Apple
would plan to includeEarPods with a headphone jack and adapter
Lightningso that you can plug them into the Lightning socket.
Many people use headphones that are not the ones provided by
Apple with the iPhone, especially audiophiles for whom sound quality is paramount
above all. And a large part of these headsets connect to the iPhone through
via a jack socket. This adapter would also allow these
users to plug their favorite headphones into the upcoming iPhone 7.
The Macotakara site also claims that the iPhone 7 would offer a
storage space with 256 GB, a rumor that has already reported
several timesin the past. According to
the latest information, Apple would abandon the base capacity at 16 GB (it
would be time) for 32 GB, would replace the mid-range 64 GB with 128 GB,
the top of the range would increase to 256 GB.
Would you like Apple to provide a Lightning adapter with the next
iPhone or rather headphones with Lightning jack (see wireless)?
