Samsung revealed its newGalaxy Ringat the MWC (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona. This small European CES is an opportunity for major tech brands to present their new smartphones and other connected objects, this time with the Korean smart ring among the devices in the spotlight. When will the future “Apple Ring” be released?
Apple's rumored next smart ring could be comingin a few years, where the Galaxy Ring is for its part announced as potentially available fromsecond half of 2024.
This suggests that the Californian manufacturer is waiting to have detected significant validation from the market, as was the case before the Vision Pro arrived in the mixed reality sector. Tim Cook's wireless headphones and even connected watches have also been launched following such observations, with companies like Motorola having already launched their own alternatives to such wearables in advance.
