In a press release, the Chinese social network defended itself. A spokesperson for the service specifies: “The safety of the TikTok community is our top priority, for this reason we do not allow any content that encourages, promotes or glorifies behavior that could be dangerous". The company therefore says it is ready to collaborate with the competent authorities in the context of these investigations.
