architects of the firm explained that the USB-C port already used on

audio:
USB-C firstly saves space in smartphones by

But this comes at a cost... Many audiophiles own headphones
expensive with a jack socket, this will require the purchase of an adapter to
be able to use them on other Lightning (Apple) or USB-C type ports.
