Whilespare parts which
could perfectly match the new iPhoneappeared
multiple times last week,
here isa videowhich presents the back side and compares it to
an iPhone 4.
The main differences are clearly visible, here they are
list :
- change of material from glass to aluminum,
- reduced thickness with the removal of the rear glass plate
- more stretched shape in height suggesting a larger screen
- changing the location of the headphone jack,
- size changes for sync/charging port
- a smaller Sim drawer which might suggest a new
SIM card size smaller than the current one
The arrival of these parts could makegive rise to hope for a
announcement of new iPhone during the conference this Monday, June 11,
but this is very unlikely! It is important to remember that there is no
no absolute certainty as to these parts, that there was no Beta of a
iOS 6 as was the case in 2010 (Beta started in April 2010, release
of the iPhone 4 at the beginning of summer) and that they may be prototypes or parts
from a start of production of the iPhone 5, which would then arrive in
September as some rumors suggest. In this case and given
the importance of supply, it is logical that production starts
several months before.
