After iWork, Apple updates its iPhone and iPad applications: iMovie and GarageBand

After having
proposed a major update of its suite applications
iWork, we have in fact seen that
Pages, Keynote and Numbers had become iPhone compatible in this
billet
, here are two other applications published byAppleare updated.

It is first of alliMovie(available
here on the App Store
), the iPhone and iPad application allowingthe
video editing
goes to version 1.2.1 and sees the arrival of new features and
following fixes:

  • Playing audio from your HDTV when using
    the Apple Digital AV Adapter.
  • Play full-screen video on your TV from scrolling text to
    your HDTV when using the digital AV adapter
    Apple.
  • Fixed some cases where media items were missing from the
    project.
  • Improved the accuracy of grouping clips by date in the
    video browser.
  • Fixed an issue preventing the fade in or out of the
    background music of a project.
  • Additional performance and reliability improvements.

The other updated app isGarage Band, reserved
to the owners ofiPadwhatl’on
was able to test here
.

Here are the changes:

  • Audio output support for AirPlay, Bluetooth devices and
    HDMI using the Apple Digital AV Adapter.
  • Importing AIFF, WAV, and CAF audio files and Apple Loops
    (16 bits, 44,1 kHz).
  • Ability to copy and paste audio from supported apps into GarageBand
    charge.
  • Resolving GarageBand crash occurrences during use
    tactile instruments.
  • Improved general stability and fixed several issues
    minors.
