While AirPods stocks are now
sold out in most Apple Stores, and an order placed today
shows a delivery time of 6 weeks, the first orders are starting
to reach users.
A delivery man has just brought our copy of the ordered Apple headphones
in the first minutes of going on sale. No time to admire the
packaging always very careful from Apple herenos
first photos and impressions of AirPods:

First impressions
The charging case is really compact and small, it holds
in the palm of the hand and will therefore be easily transportable in a pocket
pants or a jacket.
When opening the case, a small LED indicates the charging status. Both
AirPods hold in place inside thanks to a magnetic system located at the
bottom of the case, where the connectors that charge the AirPods are located.
AirPods pairing is as touted by Apple during the
presentation: it couldn’t be simpler! Thus, opening the case
near a device running iOS 10 with Bluetooth activated, a
connection button on the iPhone, which you simply press to start
use the wireless headset.

Settings:
AirPods are verylightand do almost the same
size than the EarPods that come with the iPhone. Thereheld in the
ears also looks excellent, they stayed in place well
even shaking our heads in all directions during our first attempts. This
has been
confirmed by a runner as we read here.
Concerning the sound quality (after a quick listen), it seems
better and louder sound than EarPods, a good
point therefore that it will be appropriate to explore further, to validate this first
impression, particularly important for wireless headphones.
Have you received your AirPods? What do you think?
