Almost a week ago, Apple unveiled the winners of its 2021 Music Awards. It has just released a new teaser to highlight this year's winners and in particular The Weeknd and Olivia Rodrigo, who, we can doubt it, will offer new content on the music streaming service.

Winners in the overall Artist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year and Breakthrough Artist of the Year categories were hand-selected by Apple Music's global editorial team of industry-leading experts and influencers worldwide, and the Best Song of the Year and Best Album of the Year awards are based on streaming data that reflects what Apple Music subscribers listened to this year.

Remember that Apple Music faces stiff competition from Spotify in the music streaming market. The service from the Cupertino company nevertheless continues to progress and is in second place in this market.
