Apple continues its efforts in video and acquires the screenwriter of the television series Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica

At companies
Californian company spares no effort when it comes to the production of
video content. After recruitingspecialists from
Sony
, then a certainSteven
Spielberg
, for the production of a remake ofStories
Fantastic
, it is withRonald D. Moorethat Apple
should collaborate for the creation of a new exclusive original series.
Moore is a screenwriter and producer best known for his work on
different seriesStar Trek. According toEntertainment
Weekly
, he should therefore participate in the creation of a new series of
new science fiction for Apple:

At the moment, little information is available on this subject, apart from
the fact that the story takes place in an imaginary future where humanity is
in full race to explore and discover the most distant corners of
space.

It's not really surprising to see Moore participating in this type of
project, given the experience of man in matters ofseries of
science-fiction
and space. He is particularly known for having written
episodes of “Star Trek: The Next Generation”, but also produced
the series following Star Trek and even created the recent "Battlestar
Galactica".

Apple would in any case have already done everything to keep the exclusivity of this
project, to thus increase its future catalog of series and films on Apple
Music, which wants to be, on paper, rathertempting.

Still, for the moment, video content produced by Apple and
available on Apple Music are still limited to
Planet of the Apps
etCarpool
Karaoke
