Apple Maps arrives on the web, enough to shake Google Maps?

Apple has just published a press release this Wednesday announcing the arrival of its native Apple Maps service on the web. Although the feature is currently only available in beta, it allows Apple Maps to work on devices other than Apple products. A first in 12 years of existence for the navigation application.

Apple Plans, however, did not wait to have its own web version to becomethe queen of navigationon iPhone, iPad and Mac. Currently, use of Apple Maps on the web is limited to browsersChrome and Safari for iPads and Macs. Windows PCs can access this service using Edge, Microsoft's equivalent of Safari, but also Google Chrome. Apple Maps Online is currently only available in English. The apple brand has already announced that the service will be improved in the following weeks. In addition to new languages, the Look Around feature is expected by users.
