LCL bank compatible with Apple Pay

As reported by several LCL bank users, Apple Pay is now supported with their bank card. It is one of the last major banks to finally integrate Apple's contactless payment solution. This is rather good timing, given the pandemic period we are currently experiencing, with which contactless payments are widely encouraged in stores.

The latest news is that LCL appeared on the French Apple Pay page at Apple a few weeks ago. Then the bank announced upcoming compatibility before July 2020. It is therefore with a few days delay that the support is now indeed effective.
