Update March 5, 2021: Third beta released for watchOS 7.4.
Update March 4, 2021: Public beta versions of iOS 14.5, iPadOS 14.5 are available.Additionally, beta 3 ofmacOS 11.3came out. tvOS 14.5 is still in developer beta 3 at the moment.
Yesterday evening the third developer beta versions were released for iOS 14.5 and the other OSes such as iPadOS 14.5, watchOS 7.4 and tvOS 14.5. This new round of updates followsthe one from last week, which saw the release of the second betas of iOS 14.5, iPadOS 14.5, watchOS 7.4 and macOS 11.3 more recently.
iOS 14.5 in beta 3, compared to previous beta versions, brings the following changes:
- Locate:a new “Objects” tab is visible in the app, possibly to track third-party accessories. This should be useful for PowerBeats Pro in particular,as seen there, but also perhaps for Apple's next object trackers, the AirTags?

- Apple Watch :new icon for iOS notification announcing the unlocking of a linked Apple Watch
- Apple Card :new references confirm the imminent arrival of a modefamily for Apple Card, allowing you to share a single Apple Card between several users
- Podcast :new favorites function in the Podcast app on iOS and macOS allowing you to save episodes individually, and new Recovered button (Perhaps in French?), which should allow you to redisplay a podcast that has already been listened to

Also discovered in iOS 14.5 beta 3 is a new exposure notification icon, possibly to notify future exposure to COVID-19
