Presented yesterday
evening, just after the new iPad,
l’application iPhoto pour iOSwas published on the App Store in the
stride.
Besides a photo editing tool which seems interesting, the application has
reserved another surprise. Indeed, inside,the cards
used are not those of Google Maps:
Apple, here at
purchased two companies specializing in cartography in recent years
(Placebase and C3), therefore did not choose to use Google Maps in its
application.
However,we do not really know the origin of these
cards. Is this an internal technology or did Apple have
authorization from a third party source. We don't know anything about it.
The Mac version of iPhoto also doesn't use Google technology
Maps.
