This is the
American website Bloombergwho says it, the car manufacturer
electric Tesla has hired a large number of ex-Apple workers in recent
years.
Thus, there would be more than 150 people from Apple who
would occupy different positions at Tesla: engineers, lawyers or
human resources managers, this affects all departments.
In practice, many similarities between the two companies can
explain this interest. The two reasons which apparently attract
Apple employees, in addition to a motivating salary package, would bethe
car itself, innovative and techno, as well as the
personality of its leader:
Elon Musk, ex-founder of Paypal who became a millionaire, is at the head of
several companies, Tesla for electric cars but also Space
space travel.
He has the reputationlike Steve Jobs, to be very attentive to
details, with a little Geek side which allows it to seduce more
easily the engineers he wishes to recruit. It is also famous
as a big fan of Apple and Steve Jobs.
In one area, the electric car, where everything seems to be done and where
software which represented 10% in the traditional car, takes a place
of choice and could rise to 60% in the years to come, there is no need
more to becapable of attracting Apple employees who find
at Tesla an atmosphere and management that is not theirs
stranger.
One of the examples of Apple's influence on Tesla is materialized by the

to control the entire car, from opening the roof to adjusting the air
conditioned, without forgetting… Internet access. This order was
developed by former Apple employees, who compare the Tesla Plus to an iPhone
