At the end of 2023, large technology companies did not want this system and challenged it before the Council of State, which must deliberate in a few weeks. Why go against parental controls?
The measure asks GAFAM to incur new expenses. Another argument defended by the companies concerned, this native parental control can potentially impact the user experience.
