The Californian firm has just launched a new health challenge for Apple Watch owners. The latter will take place onJune 21, International Yoga Day, but also the first day of summer 2023 and Music Day in France and several other countries around the world. To complete the challenge, you must carry out a specific activity for a given time. As a reward, these arestickersettrophieswhich are to be recovered. We'll explain it to you.
10 minutes of yoga
During the day of June 21, you must therefore record ayoga exercisewith a minimum duration of10 minutes. This works from the Apple Watch and the in-house Exercises application, but also if the session is recorded with a third-party Health compatible application.
You can improvise your yoga session or follow a professional in the field on YouTube for example, or why not, on Fitness+, from iPhone, iPad, Mac or even Apple TV.

If you complete the challenge, you get rewards4 animated stickersto use in Messages and FaceTime, but also aspecial trophyto be found in the Trophies section, at the very bottom of the Summary tab of the Fitness app on the iPhone.
