Founded by former Apple employees, the start-upHumanehas just broken the silence. In a message on social networks, it announced that its first offerings should go on sale next spring. Imran Chaudhri was notably a designer for Apple, a position he left last summer.
He recently confided in an interview that “the post-smartphone era and AI will change everything” in the way we consume new technologies. For the moment the company's announcement is content with a message without giving much more detail on what the brand's “offerings” will contain.
Humane: a holographic phone?
According to the first rumors about this company, it should, like the Nothing brand, offer a completely new type of smartphone to its audience. The device could have the specificity of benefiting from a unique operating system. As Apple has done since the launch of the iPhone in 2007 with iOS.
With this first model, it is not yet certain whetherHumanewill produce its own OS or if the latter is only a very advanced overlay of Android. The various patents already made public around the brand suggest that it is working on a phone capable of projecting a holographic image onto the user's hand.
