According to arecent Bloomberg report, iOS 13 would include several new features specific to the iPad, but not only. There would also be improvements to CarPlay and the highly anticipated arrival of atrue “dark” mode.
The PhoneArena website imagined what it could look likel’iPhone 2019with a triple photo sensor and a smaller notch. This concept also shows imagesof a hypothetical dark mode.
We can see in the different images that the front panel displays asmaller notch. On the back of the device, the iPhone integrates three horizontally aligned photo sensors.
These images also show what the“dark” moded’iOS 13.
The 9to5Mac site had also imagined this dark mode in several applications.
When it comes to displaying black, OLED display technology is much better than LCD. In fact, OLED does not consume energy with off pixels which show true black. While the LCD backlight lights up these black pixels and therefore uses battery.
Many users want Apple to offer a real dark mode. This could finally see the light of day with iOS 13.
