It could soon be joined by a second, more imposing edition, this time with 15 inches for the display, according toMark Gurman. The journalist ofBloombergregularly publishes proven rumors about Apple's secret projects.
This news could thus sign the arrival of a new laptopcheaperthan the MacBook Pro, undoubtedly equipped with a proprietary chip like its cousins. The device would also be even thinner, and seems aimed at individuals who want to be entertained by streaming with the Apple experience at a lower cost.

With this, Apple would also develop another laptop this time with a 12-inch screen. As a reminder, a11.6-inch MacBook Airwas unveiled in 2010 and kept on shelves until 2017. The end of its marketing then roughly coincided with the advent of iPads as nomadic workstations, notably withthe iPad Pro range of similar size.
For Gurman, this 12-inch machine would arrivefin 2023or even early 2024. It should then also recall the brief success of the MacBook “all in all” withdrawn from shelves in 2019.
MacBook Pro

Under the hood, the M2 Max would then offer a twelve-core CPU and agraphics card with up to thirty-eight cores. We therefore imagine that the price will vary depending on these characteristics.
