The new version of iBooks is available: iBooks 3

This is part of thenumerous
announcements from last night's Apple conference, the reading application
Apple e-book consultationiBookspasses into
version 3.

This one is
available here on the App Store.

In terms of new features, a continuous reading mode, the cloud, sharing
and more :

• from now on, we find books purchased on the iBookstore available in
  iCloud, right on the shelf in iOS 6.
• A new “Scroll” theme allows you to scroll through book content
  up and down by simply sliding your finger
• Book updates are now possible for publishers and
  you receive them for free: new chapters, corrections and
  improvements, such as application updates
• Support for searching for definitions of words in French, German,
  Spanish, Japanese and Simplified Chinese with iOS 6.
• Possibility of sharing your opinion on your books on Facebook, Twitter, via
  Messages and Mail.

Version 3 is available for download for iPhone, iPod touch and
iPad :
