Open the appSettings

Update via computer

To update via a Windows PC or Mac, you must connect your iPhone or iPad to the machine on which iTunes is installed, then click on the icon corresponding to the Apple software, an icon which normally appears automatically after connection of the iOS device.

Note that with a Mac running macOS Catalina, iTunes is no longer available, the update procedure takes place in the Finder, by choosing the iOS device in the bar displaying the available disks and external devices.
